04/06/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Communication called that T.F.D. and T.P.D. on site with hoarding. Arrived and the units were still on site and the owner was transported to the hospital. The owner was found in the living room on top of trash and debris and storage and some boxes had fallen on top of her. Not able to enter the unit due to the amount of trash and debris or storage in the unit. Some of the items were pulled out and placed on the porch by the front door. The front door was forced opened and the wood door jamb was damaged and not able to lock the wooden door. Was able to lock the metal security door and will be placing plywood over the door to not allow the owner back in unless she calls to gain entry. The electrical meter is being blanked off by T.E.P. and will need a permit to have turned back on. There is no gas to the unit. Will be posting the Do Not Enter and the N.O.V. to Vacate and the N.O.V. for permit required for reconnect on the electrical on the front door. RV.
