06/12/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Sign does exist on the property and it was approved for use and I am unable to verify the actual illumination emitted from it, however, per the permit guidelines, the "EMC CAN NOT CHANGE MORE THEN ONCE PER HOUR / CAN NOT GO OVER 200 NIGHT TIME NIT'S" I will recommend the business have it's NIT's measured to insure they are under the 200 night time NIT's and I will require them to abide by the sign changing no more than one time per hour. It currently changes multiple times in one minute
