04/04/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation The owner called that she wants the house checked to get the electrical turned back on. This property had a fire in 2021 and than a second fire a few months later. Met with the owner of the property and the interior has been cleaned of the fire damaged. The walls and ceiling are still have smoke damage. Some of the windows have been replaced with new. Has 3-windows and 2-doors that still need to be replaced. Did go over the the GFCI outlets need to be installed in bathroom and kitchen, the smoke detectors need to be installed in the bedrooms and need a carbon monoxide tester installed in the hallway. The owner has no money and will check if can get assistance from agency's. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
