04/03/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Communication called that T.F.D. on site with apartment fire. Arrived and all the units were still on site and were starting to clean up. The fire was in the bedroom on the mattress and has heavy smoke damage through out the unit. The bedroom window was broken from the heat of the fire. The front window was broken in a fight on the property. The electrical was turned off at the breakers in the unit due to on a master meter. The gas was turned off to the building leaving all the units off at this time. SWG will be on site at 10:00 AM to turn the gas back on due to on a master meter system and not able to separate the gas for the unit. No damage to the other units and no structure damage to the unit of the fire but has holes in the walls and ceiling to check for fire. The manager was on site and signed the paperwork. The maintenance was on site and will secure the site once the investigation is completed. A TV was damage by the fire and was taken outside of the unit. RV.
04/05/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The unit is vacant and secured and the fire was mainly a content fire and the management will be making the repairs and the clean up. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
