04/02/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Communication called that T.P.D. was on site and needed a board up. No one on site and appears that the unit is not being lived in. Found a broken window and the unit is filled with storage and not able to walk around the unit. Will be securing the unit and called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the unit secured. The electrical was cut at the pole and the gas was removed at the meter. Will do the posting of Do Not Enter and the N.O.V. to Vacate on the window. RV.
04/04/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The house is vacant and secured and at this time the case will be closed. The property has a case on getting the property cleaned with inspector Tidwell Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
