04/02/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Communication called that T.P.D. was on site and needed a board up. Arrived and PACC was on site removing dogs from the property. Approx. 6-dogs were removed and may cite the owner due to the condition of the house. The house has hoarding and had a hard time walking in the house. The living room was filled approx. 5' in height. 1-bedroom not able to open the door due to filled with trash and debris or storage. The flooring is filled with feces and urine from the dogs and some cats. Has no clear paths to doors or windows with some windows boarded up. The electrical will be removed at the pole and the gas will be removed at the meter due to the condition of the house. Owner not on site and called Arcaiden Industries to have the house secured. Will do the posting of Do Not Enter and the N.O.V. to Vacate. RV.
04/04/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The house is vacant and secured and at this time the case will be closed. The property has a case on getting the property cleaned with inspector Tidwell Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
