Also, observed rotten wood beams that are attached to the carports. Did not observe any exposed wires and the palm tree fronds were not in violation.
05/14/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Citation: Roof ad facia have not been repaired. Weeds were not cut. Only the JMV was removed
