03/31/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Owner and 3 dogs died inside mobile home. They were not discovered until 30 days later. The entire mobile home reeked of death and German cockroaches throughout and out side as well. Mobile home secured, electrical shut off at the pedestal and posted with notice of violation, permits required and notice to cleanup yard and treat property for severe infestation. Placed a city padlock on the hasp at the front door.
07/01/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed On site and at this time the structure has been cleaned, disinfected and treated and is now pest free. Yard has also been cleaned. Structure remains vacant and secured.
