03/31/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Owner and 3 dogs died inside mobile home. They were not discovered until 30 days later. The entire mobile home reeked of death and German cockroaches throughout and out side as well. Mobile home secured, electrical shut off at the pedestal and posted with notice of violation, permits required and notice to cleanup yard and treat property for severe infestation. Placed a city padlock on the hasp at the front door.
