03/20/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site with TFD and Southwest Gas for an emergency call to a residential structure fire. The residential structure sustained extensive fire damage to the interior/exterior and the accessory structure. In there interior there is collapse and failure of structural components of the roof/ceiling system(decking ,shingles and underlayment). There is heat damage to roof trusses. There is fire damaged framing members throughout a large portion of structure this has compromised structural integrity. Insulation and other building materials are now exposed. This includes fire damaged wires. There is visible fire, heat, smoke, water damage and electrical throughout the structure. There is a water pipe in the attic area that is broken. Multiple doors and windows are broken/damaged. The exterior accessory structure(porch) in the back of the property has sustained severe fire damage and partial collapse creating a risk of structural failure. The roof eve, rafters and facia along the north and west side of the property have sustained severe fire damage. There is also exposed/ fired damaged wiring on the underside of the eve. Debris and fire damaged, charred materials have accumulated in the back of the property. TEP and Southwest Gas have terminated service and removed meters. I shut off water at the main shut off located abutting the structure. Structure is condemned. City contractor secured property at owners request. NOV handed to owner along with business card. Posted "Do not enter" sign on front window and back gate. Permits required within 60 days for all repairs/replacements/reconnects. All work must be done by a licensed contractor. Utility clearance for all utility reconnect.
