03/20/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation 3/19/26 - On site at property with Inspector A.Q., TFD, Southwest Gas, and Owner. There was fire in the rear of dwelling causing damages to the porch area in the rear, and the rear interior of the house, 2 bedrooms, stated from TFD. CE did not not enter the interior of the building. The fire damages were significant. TFD stated the Gas and Electrical meter were melted, severally damaged. TEP cut power from the source stated from TFD. Southwest Gas and TFD investigation still on site working. Owner signed documents and are to secure the property. Condemnation. Permits required for restoration work done by licensed contractors.
