There is one palm tree in the front yard that has dead palm fronds within 10 feet of the ground. Notice of violation sent in the mail.
05/04/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site follow up property inspection. It was observed that there is a junk or in-operable green Chevy truck that has flat tires on the passenger side of the vehicle. It was also observed that the palm tree in the side yard is still in violation with dead palm fronds within 10 feet of the ground or structure. Second notice of violation sent in the mail.
