University Loft is located on 819 N 1st Av. An adjacent lot owned by the same LLC. Research is required. 4/3/26: Research findings. Development letter dated 12/31/24 ref#24-475942.2 response to request using undeveloped land as a parking lot is not allowed. Vacant lot also has a sign placed on the lot without a proper permit or approval.

Notice of violation came back in the mail "RETUN TO SENDER ATTEMPTED - NOT KNOWN UNABLE TO FORWARD". Will have owner researched.
