03/17/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Large vacant commercial building appears to have homeless activity inside the building. TPD report they get daily complaints from the neighboring lot reporting trespassers on site. Property is now under VIVA.
07/16/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation The Project Coordinator for Central Barrio Development sent a letter dated May 15, 2026, stating that the demolition process for the properties located at 2508 and 2502 N. Alvernon Way would begin within two months. As of July 15, 2026, the demolition process has not commenced. Additionally, the properties have not been cleaned, secured, or otherwise maintained. #0012698
