03/31/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The truck has ceased operations. If they resume without a permit, which the owner of the land indicated they did not intend to do, we canpuirsue a new case.
03/19/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed Property has sveral food trucks being stored on the lot. The owner said only one is operational atthis time and he does not believe he is responsible for making sure the permits are aquired for the vendor operating on his lot. I have explained to him it is both the vendors and the owners responsability because, includedin the aquasition of a peddler permit, the owner of the parcel must provide a signed and notorized acknowledgement o0f the business taking place on the parcel. Because the peddler was not oeprating while I was on site, I was unable to cite or provide a NOV to the vendor at this time
