The RV does not meet the 5ft setbacks from side property's fence. Reports of people living in RV, where there are no such approvals, at the time of inspection did not see people, or anyone in the RV, however since the extension cord and this is the second time case has been open for the same complaint. Will send NOV and give 48hrs to comply to meet setbacks, no one to be living in RV and no connected utilities to RV. 3/19/26- POSTED NOV ON FENCE. SPK to tenant where she disconnected the orange extension cord and CE saw a small dog inside RV at the time. Left card. Asked for owner to contact CE inspector. Will follow up Monday. | |
