04/17/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation 2 - large dead trees located in the front side yard and in the back yard. 3 - dead plans located in the front yard and next to the carport. Knocked on the door in the carport area. No answer. Will send the owner a notice Carport has storage of household items visible from beyond the property lot line.
09/02/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Storm knocked down the dead tree located in the back yard and damaged the neighbor's shed located next door. Property Management removed the dead tree located next to the property on the west side of the house shortly after this incident. They also removed the dead over grown vegetation on the property. Property management called and asked if we could now dismiss the citation. The citation also included the storage located in the carport. 9/1/26 Property Mgmt sent a picture showing some of the storage was removed asked if the citation could be dismissed. Requested the loose storage be removed from the carport to also include the auto parts.
