03/13/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed On site inspection. Observed an infestation of bees living in the house. Also observed overgrown vegetation with grass and weeds in excess of 6 inches in the back yard. Could not verify a dilapidated shed on the property due to an opaque wall being 5 feet or higher, viewed from the public right of way. Talked to homeowner over the phone, talked with current tenant and let them know of the situation. Notice of violation sent in the mail.
03/14/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed On site follow up inspection. Homeowner has made contact with bee exterminator and expert; the company will come out early next week to take care of the problem. A follow up will be scheduled for next week, March 17th.
