Garage structure located at the back end of property, structure is dilapidated (wood coming off the roof and the garage door is detached and partially leaning on the corner support post. Property lot appears to be one parcel. However, on GIS it shows the lot is 2 parcels with 2 different addresses belonging to the same owner.
04/30/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Weeds cut and placed into plastic bags. The bags need to be hauled away. Property Management contacted Inspector regarding the repair of the damaged carport. This repair will have to go through a Historical Review. Allow more time for the Property to come into compliance.
