03/05/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation TPD CALLOUT: Arrived on site at 10am. TPD was on site already. They indicated they received the call at 8am. My main pint of contact was Officer Arvizu, badge #202399. An Infinity G35(27155GR) crashed into the skirting of the mobile home. The resident's friend Carol Estrada was the primary contact tio the resident who was on the phone. The vehicle was removed at 10:15 revealing the extent of the damage. The MH had been pushed off the blocks andwas tilting in the direction thecar had pushed it. This meant that the home was unsafe to occupy until necessary repairs had been completed. Sandy Staats, the owner of the MH park, was present and offered insight into their procedures for cutting utlity services. They disconnected services shortly after 10:45am SW gas was called and disconnected the gas connection. The mobile home park disconnected water and electric. At 11am, verbal authorization was provided by the resident of the MH to Carol to sign necessary paperwork. She signed an indemdification form (they had a contractor secure the property), An order to vacate, and an NOV. Copies of the documents were provided to Carol and copies will be sent to the MH park management as well as the resident. TPD Case number is P2603050048
