03/01/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site with TPD. Upon arrival it was observed that a white SUV was driven into and partially penetrated the residential structure at the front carport. The vehicle has caused structural damage to the support posts and roof framing members. Structural components were dislodged and leaning against vehicle. The integrity of the roof over hang has been compromised. Debris is scattered throughout the front yard and carport area. All utilities remain on. Tenant has placed stilts to support carport roof. City contractor will fence and secure area. Owner and property manager requested to remove SUV at a later date. TPD did not have vehicle remove due vehicle on private property. All repairs must be done by a licensed contractor. All necessary permits required within 60 days NOV was handed to tenant and DO NOT ENTER was placed on the fence..
