03/31/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed Fire located on the north east side of house exterior. Grass fire from back alley caught hse on fire. Gas meter and electrical damaged by fire. Interior hse has extensive work without permits. Window replaced, drywall and insulation removed. Holes in the wall exposing plumbing and electrical wiring. Some electrical fixtures removed. Toilet removed. Shut down house. Issued notice to vacate, permits required, indemnification paper work. TEP & SWG services cut. Permits will be required. Licensed Contractor, Electrician, Plumber required for repairs to rental unit. Pictures posted.
