03/24/2025	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial		In Violation	On site with C.B , V.C. and TPD at this time home was shut down due to hazardous electrical, plumbing, roofing, multiple unsanitary areas, and unsafe egress. Electrical, bare wires, draping wires, multi extension cords used for permanent indoor/outdoor use, electrical disconnect box was blocked Lights were left on were there was a potential imminent hazard. Plumbing, raw sewage, mold, improper use of bathrooms, no running water in multi bathroom, water heater installed w/o permits. Roofing, ceiling and roof has damage due to possible long-term water damage, sagging, rotting and deteriorated wood. Unsanitary conditions, people living in unsecured structures, dog kennel and shed. Pool is not used correctly. Has no water and is filled with various items. There is an excessive amount of indoor and outdoor storage throughout the property. Chemicals surrounding water heater, Multiple JMVs, black sedan no tires and broken windows, white p/u no license plate and multi colored RV in front yard. Black SUV and yellow sedan in backyard. Competed all necessary paperwork , posted shut down paperwork. All structures where secured including RV by Arcadia 1-4.5x3.5 win Pin-8-3x7 door, 2-4x3win, 1-8x6 fence. TEP was called to disconnect due to hazardous electrical connect.
