07/24/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Vacant lot owner built a large cinder block wall all around the entire property and has placed numerous vehicles (approx 18) on the lot and has placed a shade structure plus a large RV with bump outs. Night lights installed. Electrical disconnect box installed. NOTICED: Orange extension cord running from the RV over the neighboring wall. Underneath the RV the ground is wet. Found owner has installed under groud plumbing in the public right-of-way area. Owner has a lot of storage on this lot. Posted Notice to vacate, nov permits required, UDC 10.2.1. Contacted TPD regarding the violation. Also found PDSD in the review notes TC-RES-0225-00624 . Owner was informed in writing temporary power is not allowed on a vacant lot and based on the aerials construction and storage was started. Owner was told to vacate the property on 3/19/25. See pictures uploaded.
07/24/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Owner has visited office on 3/26/25 regarding shut down of property. Owner sent an e-mail to Supervisor regarding shut down of property. Owner was advised to remove all stuff off the vacant land and to start working with PDSD in obtaining a permit for the wall and plumbing installed without permits.
