04/23/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation 4/22/25- On site at property. There was someone by the front door stated they will get their "manager." When a lady appeared from the house and when asked if they were running a business from home they stated they will get the other "manager." When the other manager was asked they could not answer and had their "boss" on the phone to answer the question. The person on the phone stated the house was a "boarding home." Services are being run at the house, meaning, permits are required. No permits are shown for this property. Sent out a notice of violation for a C of O requirement.
