03/19/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site with inspector BT. Work is being done without permits. Permits have been expired. There is damage to the structure. 3/20/25 ON SITE WITH INSPECTOR MORALES THERE WAS DAMAGE TO THE ROOF OF THE STRUCTURE. INCLUDING THE FASCIA, GABLE AND THE ATTACHED FRONT PATIO. THE ROOF HAD HOLES THAT ALLOWED OUTDOOR ELEMENTS TO ENTER THE INTERIOR OF THE BUILDING. THERE WERE ADOBE BRICKS ALONG THE FENCE LINE THAT WERE TAKEN FROM THE INTERIOR OF THE ORIGINAL STRUCTURE. THERE WERE BROKEN WINDOWS AND LONG TERM BOARDED WINDOWS. THERE WERE EXPOSED PLUMBING PIPES. THE INTERIOR ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS HAS BEEN EXPOSED TO OUTSIDE ELEMENTS DUE TO THE ROOF OPENING. THERE IS REFUSE AND DEBRIS ON THE PROPERTY. THERE IS AN RV BEING STORED IN THE REAR YARD. THE STRUCTURE APPEARS TO BE VACANT AND NEGLECTED. SOME PERMITS HAD BEEN PULLED IN THE PAST BUT WERE NOT COMPLETED, IT LOOKS LIKE THERE MAY BE NEW CORRUGATED ROOF PANELS IN SOME AREAS OF THE STRUCUTURE. UPDATED PERMITS HAVE NOT BEEN APPLIED FOR. THE STRUCTURE WILL BE PLACES IN THE COT VANS PROGRAM.
09/11/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site with contractor. Posted the warrant at front door. Contractor took measurements that PDSD requested for the permit.
