03/17/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation PG 1 OF 2 - 1224 pm - Arrived to property Found gates are closed, dogs barking inside. Contact w/ TN on site. Water meter to property, 231580191 is padlocked by City of Tucson Water for tampering. Electric meter 165073119 is in OPN status, meaning meter is off and no electric is being provided to location. All electric panel wiring and breakers are removed from panel box. Exposed wiring with no cover on junction box outside. There is a rear porch like structure attached to the dwelling in a substandard manner that has been done without permits. There is a structure built in the rear without permits or site plan approval. There is large cracking into the rear exterior wall (north facing) that requires repairs with permits. Entered through side door, into a room that has a water heater that has a manufacture date of 18 APR 2024 that has apparently been installed without permits. Tenant states they enclosed the water heater with new walls, and this has apparently also been done without permits. The sink from this room is remove leaving the plumbing fixtures behind. The floor has soft spots in this room. There is a junction box missing the switch and cover and what appears to be a fixture missing from the ceiling with wiring left behind. There are extension cords piled up in this room, they run into the front/living room, where they are attached to the wall and ran up across the walls, with another extension cord ran out the front door apparently powering a light fixture. The extension cords run through this room into the bedroom where they are attached to a power strip. The front/living room has switches removed and hanging down, and a ceiling fan with exposed wires. The bedroom is full of storage and other debris. There is a light bulb attached to the wall and appears to be wired into the aforementioned power strip. There is a bathroom attached to this bedroom which has drywall removed from walls, possibly new wall installed and/or removed without permits...
