The property also has excessive outdoor storage in the rear and side yards. I did not actually observe individuals living inside the shed, however, after speaking with the tenants, they explained to me that the owner's son does blocks himself inside of the shed and has dugout a tunnel underneath of it to escape. I did verify this hole exists and I found out later from the owner and from my owner verification, that it was filled and covered. The shed does have electric wires running through it as well as wall wall receptacles. |
