The wall has not been constructed using standard building practices or methods. Stacking of 4x12 brick need support. It appears to be falling and not supported by its own weight. There is an old footing present under the bricks. Gentleman present did not speak English. He called the owner and handed me the phone. I explained to him the wall was not constructed to proper building methods and has to be removed. If he want to build a wall under 6' and with proper construction methods he can , but will need a compliance review. I offered my phone number if he needed more information or help. He hung up on me. | |
