There is evidence of the property being used by transit. Property Owner has been contacted regarding securement and property’s conditions.
03/20/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Rear perimeter fence has been replaced; different windows have been broken. The windowpanes originally identified have been and continue to be boarded. The interior of the home appears to have been cleared out from having bed rolls and other miscellaneous items that It originally had. Owner is attempting to clean and rehab the home from continual vandalism. Owner’s goal is to get it occupied by the end of April 2025.
