Living room - Repairs to floor made with OSB board, particle board, floor is soft, holes into floor, missing light switch cover, hole in wall - can see daylight coming in Bathroom - Missing water faucet handle, other faucet handle does not operate as water does not turn on, missing switch cover, exposed wires in ceiling SE Bedroom - window is boarded from inside blocking egress, no smoke detector SW Bedroom - Missing switch cover, no smoke detector East Central Bedroom - appears to be enclosed into a bedroom, walls not finished, window appears to be enclosed, soft spots in floor, large hole in floor NW Bedroom (Master) - no smoke detector, filled w/ refuse and debris Master Bathroom - sinks full of water, not draining Exterior - Panel box missing cover plate/dead front, exposed live wires. One front window is secure w/ window AC, other is missing window, needs boarded. Was able to lock front door and is secure. Window by front door broken, needs boarding. |
