Spoke to tenant; pool is well fenced and maintained in backyard however is unsecured because of the front wood fence leading to its side. Tenant stated they will resolve the matter within 24 hours by securing the pool or fixing the front wood fence.
03/25/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed On site at property with Inspector Tidwell. Wood fence secured on west side of the property. Pool is now secured. Violation abated. Case closed.
