Spoke to worker, they stated the owner just bought the house and are currently working on it. General maintenance of the property is needed. Spoke to worker about it and sent notice of violation.
05/30/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site at property. Trash and debris have been removed from the front of property. However there is still an accumulation of weeds. Progress has been made. Sent another notice for the weeds.
