THERE IS A FENCE AROUND THE PROPERTY. THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE REAR. THERE IS NO VISIBLE REFUSE AND DEBRIS. THERE IS ONLY OVERGROWN VEGETATION VISIBLE IN THE FRONT YARD. DWELLING AND ITS STRUCTURES ARE CONSIDERED HISTORICAL. COMPLAINER WOULD NEED TO SHOW VIOLATIONS FROM THEIR PROPERTY.
06/11/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed ON SITE THERE IS NO LONGER AN ACCUMULATION OF OVERGROWN VEGETATION. NEAR THE GAS METER THE WEEDS ARE STARTING TO GROW AGAIN AND WILL NEED TO BE TRIMMED SOON.
