THE CEMENT PORCH BASE HAS CRACKS AND MAY HAVE SHIFTED. THE EXTERIOR BLOCK WALL WAS DESTROYED. SHORING WAS DONE BY COT. TPD COULD NOT CONTACT OWNER.
