03/05/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed 203 PM - Arrived and found an RV parked in the yard of the parcel. Contact w/ a man on site who says he works for the tenant leasing the property and is picking up trash on the property. Says the tenant is not here. There is a water hose hooked up to the RV but unable to see the other end of the hose. There are extension cords surrounding the RV and a power cord but unable to determine if they are energized. Man on site said the generator is being used for welding. Called and spoke to tenant leasing the property and he was unavailable to meet at property. Did place a call to the property manager and advised of the complaint. He did state the tenant does not have permission to have the RV occupied on the property. The referenced structure is at the north end of the parcel and is the subject of now expired permit TC-RES-0323-03332. There were no signs of it being occupied. It is behind a fence and does not appear to be the cause of any nuisances at this time so no action will be taken on the structure at this time. -VM
04/11/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation 250 PM - The tenant has not returned my previous call. Attempted contact on site, RV is still on site w/ cords and hoses connected to it. There is a window AC unit installed on the RV. I could hear the sound of a running AC unit coming from this direction. There were at least 3 dogs in the yard. Same man on site said the tenant was not on site. Called and left a message for tenant. -VM
