03/02/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Fire to unit 1310. Heavy smoke damage throughout drywall throughout unit. Heat damage to electrical devices and switches in the unit. Fire was a content fire on the mattress. Rear exterior windows are busted out. Rafters above the porch have sustained heat damage and paint is peeling. TEP has cut power at the meter. Occupant has left the unit and there was no management on site so city contractor was called to secure the unit. Door was pinned shut and unit was posted Unsafe to Occupy. Permits required for repairs. -VM
