03/30/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Stop by the property and found the doors opened, the rear window guard has been pulled opened and the window is not secured. The rear bathroom window has the plywood missing and the 2-doors have the plywood off. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the house secured with permission from the supervisor Laurie Pumphery.
04/21/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Called Biff Baker Fence to move the fence panels back to allow the track hoe in for demo. 4-panels were remove from the property due to not needed and to allow access for the track hoe to do the demo. Re-positioned 3-panels to allow the track hoe space for the demo. RV.
