03/30/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Had a fire next door and smoke entered the ceiling area on the south wall. Has no fire damage in the unit and the unit was vacant and secured and did a force entry and broke the back window to enter the unit. Did find a window that was already missing and appears to going to be replaced. Did talk to the property manager and she has called a contractor and he will be securing the unit about 10:00. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
