03/29/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation No one home and met with the manager of the mobile home park. Not able to find where the doors or windows needs to be sealed. The management has been trying to address the issues and have not been able to enter the mobile home due to the tenant is denying entry. Did advise the management to document the denied entry and will be closing the case. The management is in the process of removing the tenant from the property. Have not been able to make contact with the tenant and keep trying and not able to leave messages. RV.
04/04/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Went to the site and no one home. Met with the manager and they have no contact with the tenant. I have not talk to the tenant and have not been able to make contact. The tenant is receiving paperwork to move from the property and the contract or lease will not be re-newed. The management has tried to find out what needs to be repaired but not able to enter the unit or talk to the tenant. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
