There is trash and refuse in the alley behind the property as well. Talked to the property owner who stated they were in the process of fixing the fencing, however the weather has affected their ability to make repairs. talked about the homeowners responsibility to clean their portion of the alley. Inspector removed two mattresses from the alley and told the homeowner they would be back in 30 days to check on their progress.
