03/17/2023 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | In Violation | On site with management, maintenance and tenant. Management has already got the maintenance to fix the plumbing issue in the unit and is currently working to clean and sanitize the unit. They are moving the tenant out of the unit to a different unit due to the water damage and they are replacing her mattresses and other items due to the water damage. Management offered the tenant to move into an upstairs unit today but the tenant did not want to move upstairs and agreed to move into another ground floor unit by Tuesday. No electrical outlets or electrical devices have been affected by the water. I did not write a notice, however, I made it very clear to the regional manager Arline that if the problems were not fully addressed due to their inaction by 3/20/2023 that I would issue a citation at that time. She acknowledged and agreed to those terms. | |
