03/22/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed 251 PM - Visited parcel, which is an HOA owned retention basin. Did observe a White and Green colored Dog Waste sign regarding picking up dog waste. The sign is typical to those installed in other HOA common areas. I did speak to an HOA board member who lives in the subdivision. At this time, the HOA declined to remove the sign. The sign is not an advertisement or political and thus will not be regulated by Code Enforcement at this time. This case will be closed as unfounded. -VM
