03/17/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation The office called that T.F.D. on site with a building fire. Arrived and all the units were still on site and were starting to clean up. A homeless person started the fire and he was on site with T.P.D.. The fire started on the exterior of a glass door to enter the building. The door was pulled down and the smoke enter the building. Has another window broken in the front that is dual pane on the exterior portion and the interior pane is still intact. Has a window in the rear of the building that is cracked and that is single pane. There is no damage to the interior of the building. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site due to T.P.D. and T.F.D. stated that they are not able to locate the owner. Arcaiden Industries came to the site and the site went into crime scene. Detectives were called to the site to investigate the fire. Arcaiden Industries left the site and did find the owner next door and he signed the paperwork and was calling someone to board up the property. Building will be secured once the investigation is completed by the owner. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
