04/14/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The unit is vacant and secured. At this time the case will be closed. No work has been done on cleaning the property of repairing the unit. The postings are still up. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
03/16/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Was sent to the property due to inspector Bigman off. This unit was opened on the rear and front door and found 4-people in the unit. The people stated that they were paying rent and could not give a receipt or a contact number to call. T.P.D. was called to the site and they were given till tomorrow to have the items out to have the unit secured. Was not able to locate the owner and called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the unit secured. Did go to the owner listed address and no one home. The neighbors stated that they have not seen the owner for some time and may be out of the country. Called the phone number found and was not able to leave a message. The water has been off since 1-21-22 with the meter removed from the property. The electrical was off for non payment and the meter has been tampered with. The wires were cut at the pole. Did the posting of Do Not Enter and posted the paperwork at the listed address of the owner. All was secured at this time. RV.
