03/15/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation No one home and did check the rear of the property and found trash and debris dumped in a wash behind the property. The rear of the property has a masonry wall and is high. No able to see what has been thrown on the ground due to did not walk to the area was checked from the sidewalk on Park Ave. Did talk to the maintenance man and he was going to check the area and stop by the office and was closed. Did get a phone number and left a message. RV.
03/23/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Stop by the site and the area still has the trash and debris in the wash. Did stop by the office and met with the manager to check on getting the area cleaned. The manager did call the tenant and left a message to call or clean the area. Will check in 10 days. RV.
