03/13/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a building fire. Arrived and all the units have cleared the site. The gate had the lock cut and was able to open the front gates. Was able to find where the plywood has been pulled off the doors and cut to check for fire extension. The property is owned by City of Tucson Housing and will call the Public Housing to let them know of the fire. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the openings re-secured. The units are not marked and were on the upper floors and bottom floor where plywood has been pulled off the doors. The fire was on the upper unit on the rear of the units. A hole was made where the fire came through the plastered wall. The units were vacant and no one lives on the site. RV.
03/13/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The property is going to be demo'ed and just waiting for the Hud to give the approval. All is secured at this time and will be closing the case. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
