03/23/2023 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | Completed | 254 PM - Walked around entire grounds of property, the grounds are very well-maintained. Sidewalks are free of any obstructions or tripping hazards. Lawns are very green and well-maintained. I found no loose coax cables throughout the entire property. Did speak to the complainant and the property manager on site, both confirmed the coax cables were removed by the contractor that left them there. Complainant states there is a hole near apartment 170 that is a tripping hazard. I did observe a hole into the ground near an irrigation line that is currently covered by a barricade to alert persons of the tripping hazard. Did advise property manager to get this filled in. -VM | |
04/05/2023 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up | Passed | 152 PM - The hole has been filled and tripping hazard has been eliminated. Will close case. -VM |
