Let the Maintenance Supervisor know I will be sending out an NOV and permits are required for the repair to the roof. *** While on site Property Maintenance localized electrical circuit feeding the bedrooms and 1 bathroom. to prevent shutdown of rental unit. **** Management is aware permits are required for the electrical and the roofing and water damage caused to the rental unit. Will fu in 30 days.
