Added electrical circuit to the 60 am system. Refuse and storage outside. Shed was being used as living space for occupants son before he moved. Light globe missing at front door. Flooring tile in hallway is cracked and partially missing. Drywall paper is peeling off on ceiling next to hvac closet. Stove needs a dedicated outlet that does not have a light switch located below the plug making it hard for the occupant to use the stove. Contacted owner spoke to Property Mgr regarding the complaint. Sent NOV to owner and discussed the IMPORTANCE of obtaining a permit and calling in the inspection. Let owner know I would be sending a NOV via the mail as well. | |
